The foundation has been established this year by Mr. Premsukh Saharan. The Foundation aims to provide progressive and quality education while incorporating the latest trends in this field, to ensure that the children are ready to face the challenges of the 21st century.

Mr. Premsukh Saharan Trustee, Swadhyaya Sikshan Sansthan, Bikaner completed his secondary education from a village school and further graduated in Arts. After facing and realizing the hard times and lack of awareness about education, individual rights among the general public, he devoted himself towards the welfare and betterment of the society. He also served the society and community in his capacity as the Up-zila Pramukh of Bikaner from 2005 to 2010. He believes that transformation is only possible by shaping the education of our children and this will reflect in the development of society and the country as well.

Mrs Uma Sihag Center Head, Shloka - A Birla Preschool, Bikaner has to her credit over seven years of experience in the field of education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in Information Technology. Serving as an academician, she was instrumental in benchmarking and implementing innovative ideas, quality standards and ensured effective implementation of methodologies in the field of education.
