Mr. D. Sudhakar Reddy, Chairman and MD of DSR Infra Group, has always been a leader with innovative thoughts. Every Residential and commercial project built by the DSR group in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, testifies that the man has not left any stone unturned in order to create landmarks that are excellent in every sense of the word. Constructing a Platinum Rated School Facility for the upcoming Open Minds K-12 School at Hyderabad, in compliance with the norms of the Indian Green Building Council, will be a feather in his cap and an unchallengeable Milestone for many . This sprawling school campus of 9 Acres with a built up area of more than 150000 square feet is a combined Testimony to Mr Redddy`s expertise in Infrastructure and his passion for the Education Sector.

Ms. D Sharmila Reddy : Director

A perfect blend of Excellence & Leadership, Ms Sharmila Reddy has to her educational credit, a Master`s in Computer Science Applications from Villa Marie`s, Hyderabad. While at college, her inquisitive mind had already ingrained the noble thought of setting up a school that could groom the future of India.
Once out of college she rightly joined her father`s corporate business and learnt the nuances of corporate operations and administration. Her father`s vision and her ambition to set up a state of the art school came to reality in 2010 with Globe Tot`ers, a Birla Preschool which will evolve into Open Minds a K12 school in 2013.
Being in the forefront, she has taken painstaking care to recruit competent and dedicated staff and also to equip the school with quality resources. She has set management processes and empowered her team to work through cooperation and coordination, thus defining Team Work in practice.
