The Birla Open Minds Preschools (BOMPS), firmly reiterate and restore what Tagore called the hallmark of childhood - 'joy of learning' and 'the creative spirit'. BOMPS believes in the uniqueness of each child thereby fostering holistic development through integrated learning opportunities. Our philosophy is based on the constructivist approach, where the learners are actively involved in their learning in a democratic environment. Mr. D. Sudhakar Reddy, Chairman and MD of DSR Infra Group, has always been a leader with innovative thoughts. Every Residential and commercial project built by the DSR group in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, testifies that the man has not left any stone unturned in order to create landmarks that are excellent in every sense of the word. He has earned and won accolades from the inhabitants for the innovation and creative genius that manifests itself in all his projects.

A perfect blend of Excellence & Leadership, Ms Sharmila Reddy has to her educational credit, a Master`s in Computer Science Applications from Villa Marie`s, Hyderabad. While at college, her inquisitive mind had already ingrained the noble thought of setting up a school that could groom the future of India.

Ms Pratima Sinha has thirty years of progressive qualitative experience in the field of education. She is a Post Graduate in Early Childhood Education. She has a Master's degree in Education, holds a diploma in Business English and Entrepreneur skills from Girls In Tech India. She has headed schools with Indian curriculum (CBSE and ICSE) and International curriculum (IB and IGCSE). She has conducted school audits on Academic Quality Management, Evaluation, and Academic Interventions and has been the trainer. She has conducted various workshops for Heads of Institutions on Parent School Partnership, Thinking Schools and Introducing Life Skills through Theatre

Ms.Huda Azam Centrehead
Centre Head

Ms.Huda Azam, was born and raised in Kuwait. Her qualification is M.Sc, B.Ed and has a decade of experience in the Educational field. She has worked with Private and Government institutions as a Center Head/Principal. She started her career as a teacher and then worked as an Academic manager, where she used to travel south part states and train teachers. After excelling in those roles, she got a chance to lead the respective organisations as Center Head/Principal. She believes in maintaining honesty and dedication in her work for the betterment of the Students and for respective organisations where she works. She has the leadership qualities to lead a team that will surely work for Holistic development for the future of our Nation.
