First Day of School
The first day of school marks a significant milestone in a child's life. It is a day filled with a mixture of excitement, nervousness, and anticipation. For both children and parents, it symbolizes the beginning of an educational journey that will shape their future. Teachers, too experienced mix of emotions, ranging from pride to worry and happiness, as our tiny tots of Birla Open Minds Preschool stepped into the school on the first day of the new academic session. The day marks the start of a new chapter as these little ones embark on the new journey of learning in kindergarten.







Transition Time
Everyone moves at their own pace and it is true for children as well. At Birla Open Minds Preschool kids are provided comfortable environment and appreciated for every small progress they make, as they struggle to settle in the new atmosphere. Various activities during the transition time at school help them to follow the school routine, and make friends soon.







Yoga Day Celebration
Yoga is like music, the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul that creates the symphony of life. Vibrant and enlightening International Yoga Day and World Music Day was celebrated at our preschool. The day started with serene and tranquil yoga session and ended with harmony of music and kids participated in various activities like making musical instrument craft, exploring musical toys, learnt and performed yoga poses for physical and mental well-being.

Mud Day Celebration
‘A little dirt never hurts’. Our students squished their hands and feet in the mud, made mud paths with their small toy vehicles, washed their toys in muddy water, created mud prints and painted and splashed in mud puddles on International Mud Day.


Father’s Day Celebration
Father’s Day at our preschool was a joyous occasion, filled with laughter and bonding activities of our students and their superheroes. They were engaged in various outdoor and indoor fun games. They dressed up their kids at Memoir Booth and enjoyed art activity together was an added creative touch .







Van Mahotsav
Vibrant Van Mahotsav celebrations at our school was filled with joy and learning. As the kids planted saplings , they learnt to nurture and understand the importance of preserving our environment .





Red Colour Day Celebrations
Red colour day was celebrated with immense joy and excitement by our students as they embraced red colour through various activities. They also discovered the magic of this colour through fun games and craft .It was a day full of laughter , learning and bright moments.




Blue Colour Day Celebrations
Blue colour day celebration was an occasion dedicated to celebrate this captivating hue. Students were dressed in delightful shades of blue , enjoyed art and craft of blue colour and sang cheerful blue themed songs and danced to the rhythm of the day.




Bonalu Celebrations
The school was beautifully decorated with colourful flowers and rangoli during Bonalu Festival celebration. Kids donned traditional attire and danced to the festive tunes. Learning about the significance of Bonalu has been a joyous experience for everyone.


Independence Day Celebrations
On Independence Day kids took pride in saluting our Heroes of the past and learnt about their sacrifices .They promised to themselves to uphold the national values and celebrate the freedom in true spirit.



Janmashtami Celebrations
Our little kindergarteners had joyful Krishna Janmashtami .They played fun games and enjoyed breaking Handi and made colourful crafts . It was a heartwarming sight to see them embrace the festive spirit.



Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations
This festival was celebrated with pure devotion. The kids chanted shlokas filling the air with sacred vibes. The joy on the faces of students was unmatched as they danced their hearts out, celebrating the divine presence. From the vibrant decorations to the rhythmic beats, every moment was filled with laughter , music and lots of energy at the centre.






Dusshera Celebrations:
Our little ones lit up the school with their colourful traditional attire, festive songs, dances and creative crafts. They learnt about the importance of Dusshera, the traditional Bathukkamma flower festival and enjoyed the delicious festive snacks.




Student Led Conference:
Our young learners showcased their classroom learning through various activites at the Student Led Conference . Parents were enthralled to see the creativity and progress while kids enjoyed sharing their learning about concepts with their parents .















Grand Parents Day Celebrations and Diwali Celebrations :
Grand Parents of our students were invited during Inhouse Diwali celebrations .They enjoyed singing classic tunes, dancing with their little ones, played games and also shared their stories and experiences with us.












Children’s Day Celebrations :
Students had a memorable Children’s Day celebrations. They enjoyed watching magical magic show and an enchanting puppet show presented by our amazing teachers. They were enthralled to participate in creative craft sessions and exciting games.









Guru Nanak Jayanthi :
Students at our preschool learnt about the significance of Gurpurab and enjoyed the wholesome breakfast served as Langar. The day was full of culture, values and smiles.






Christmas Celebrations :
The In house Christmas Celebrations at our school was filled with sparkling decorations everywhere. The kids dressed in red, white and green enjoyed the festival, played secret Santa game and shared gifts with each other. Apart from learning about the importance of the festival they also sang carols, savoured treats spreading joy all around.






Parent –Teacher Meetings :
During every parent teacher meet we share the learning of our children with each other so that together we can collaborate and enhance the learning of our kids.



Sankranti Celebrations :
This celebration was filled with traditional stories shared by our teachers with the students about the festival. Kids enjoyed flying kites and played traditional games. The school was full of colourful decorations of kites, sugarcane and pots all around and the ethnic wear of students added to the vibrant atmosphere.







Avantika International Colouring Competition:
Congratulations to Sathvik Ila, Gautham Varenya Gumma and Vedanshika Ameerikunta for winning Avantika Silver Jubilee Shield, Silver and Bronze medals in the Avantika International level Colouring Competition.

PRANEEL HANDA, student of K2 Birla Open Minds Preschool, Nallagandla was the District Level Winner in the "4th Telangana State Level Drawing Competition"

Congratulations to Naveen Potnuru, Praneel Handa and Vomaira Shaik for winning Gold , Silver and Bronze medals in the 4th Telangana State level Art Competition.

It is good to win awards but the most important is to win together - N'Golo Kante. It was a moment of honour to be ranked 1st at Telangana State Level and 7th at the All India Level as the “FUTURE READY PRESCHOOL” by “Education World”

NIHITHA JARUGULA through her hard work made it happen.
She has secured 3rd rank at the International level in SOF Science Olympiad conducted recently.
