Jal Pakhwada
Birla Open Minds International School proudly observed Jal Pakhwada, a dedicated initiative to promote water conservation and environmental responsibility among students. Through a series of engaging activities, our learners were encouraged to understand the value of water and adopt sustainable habits in their daily lives.
Students actively participated in awareness drives, poster-making competitions, pledge-taking ceremonies, and practical demonstrations on saving water. They learned simple yet impactful practices such as turning off taps when not in use, avoiding water wastage, and reusing water wherever possible. Special classroom sessions and discussions helped them connect these habits with the larger goal of protecting our planet.
Our young learners also took the message beyond the classroom by spreading awareness among their families and communities, becoming true ambassadors of change. The initiative aimed not only at education but also at instilling a sense of responsibility and ownership towards natural resources.
At Birla Open Minds International School, we believe that small steps can lead to big changes. Jal Pakhwada served as a meaningful reminder that every drop counts, and together, we can build a more sustainable and water-secure future.
